any of u started doing regular strenous exercise n feel less horny?

like sign up gym membership everyday go n train.
or almost everyday do cardio like 5 to 10km runs.
or took up new sports like muay thai.

then last time use to be quite horny need to cheong few times a week.

after having new exercise hobby find that not so horny already so cheong lesser, or seldom go, or totally quit.

because studies show that by doing such, it might lower libido.

or any of u because of this have lower libido, and your partner noticed the change, n ask u why like that? then how to tell her?

bro, if you’re trying to lower your libido, drinking smoking, late nights or activities that are supposed to be harmful to you body are helpful. weight training actually lifts your libido.

But in the long run, healthy = by right shld be better libido if ur body is in shape.

Then again, diff ppl = diff sex drive. Some ppl is really got low sex drive while others is like rabbit fking horny 24/7

Taking on a new sport lowered my libido for me in the first few months, but after that it got better after getting used to it.

More pumps in the gym = more pumps on the bed is really true for me, from my own experience over 1 year.

Exercise improves my libido.

If it's doing the opposite you're not doing it right eg too high an intensity or too many HIIT sessions that do not allow sufficient time for recovery.

I shared in a post on another thread that Mrs and me signed up for a gym mbrship.

Let’s just say we both gotten more horny with each other. She loves to seduce me in her gym wear which is what turns me on (sports bra and hot shorts).
