i think a lot of bros did not read the STOMP article that I had posted, he was immediately caught after having sex with her:

He asked for her age twice and both times she said she was 19 years old. He also asked to see her passport but she claimed it was with a friend.

Peter Gerard Chang Liang Chieh, 43, did not let this stop him from having sex with the Vietnamese prostitute in her room at a Geylang lodging house on the evening of May 25 last year.

In an ensuing police raid, she was found to be only 16 years old.

On Thursday, Chang, who runs his own computer business, was jailed three months for having paid sex with an underage prostitute.
