Good Saturday morning gentlemen,

I am angusb and I own a clinic based in Bukit Timah Shopping Centre.

In my free time and using my excess accumulated cash, I invest several instruments.

I am opening up this thread with the hope that fellow gentlemen would like to share their investment philosophy and how do they put their cash to work.

There is no discrimination. You can be 18 years old in Jc wanting to invest, or you can also be a seasoned investment professional putting your huge client funds to work.

Let's start the ball rolling beginning with me.

One of stocks I have acquired during the energy bottom was Conocophillips (COP): https://www.google.com/finance?q=cop...MdbxugT4gYyoBQ

I bought it at US$40 around 1st quarter of 2016. Currently in slight profit. I am not speculator and have an investment horizon of 10 years and more. I know a lot of people are claiming that energy will not recover within the near term and the bottom is still nowhere to be fixed, yet this is my my foray into the investment field and relatively newbie.

I will be posting some read ups and summaries of my own perspective and what I have gleaned of the market since 2015 later in the day
