I noticed that there isn't any good thread on this topic here. It is a thin line between exhibitionism and flashing.

Flashing - Exposing your "private part" to another person. Usually causing shock, fear, disgust the observer. It is consider a public nuisance and often consider as a perverted act in our society. I hope this thread wouldn't lead the discussion into this area as it is an illegal act and we wouldn't like men flashing their dick around to our gf/wife/children etc.
