Prince Albert....done during overseas poly days in Frisco. At a professional shop, not one of those places in the mall.
I guess I was pretty high on booze and crazy over this redhead so I ended up doing it on her persuasion. Damn painful for first 2 weeks (on painkillers and antibiotics) and an awkward feeling, man. Like your dick is hanging there lifeless with a weight attached. The trick is when doing a PA, dun chose too thin a ring otherwise it might tear your gland....the medium sized ones seems thick but it's safer. Anyways, I couldn't find much places back home here for suck things (as they should also sell the rings) but found a hole in the wall place in Peninsula Hotel that sells the rings. But didn't ask about their piercing services (dun fancy more than 1 piercing). You intend on getting one? It's a lifestyle thing.

Is it true you have to wash the piercings daily? And any issues with having sex with the piercings on?

Several piercing, wah! Just get past the first one then you decide later.....
Not sure about the ball bearings but with any good hygiene practice, you should wash your brudder everyday, let alone the piercing....unless you dun pee! No problems the piercing duing 'special operations' - my tank is on assualt mode.....but warning, some ladies find it interesting that the entire time is spent on playing with your brudder instead of conducting field exercise.  With a PA, you'll learn to go slow and the gals do like it slow. The extra rubbings by the PA is nice, or so they tells me. Have your piercing done by a properly trained medical staff if its a PA. Not sure about other piercings.....I guess if it doesn't go through a gland or just skin deep, then your average body piercing guy should be competent......
