Bro MitMit, there is no 100% safe if you do raw.
Pill are no good for the gals, I always tell them : Darling ,I don't want the pill to hurt you, no good for you, so I will use e cap or withdrawal method if they insist on raw. ( Actually I tell these to those whom I don't trust
)
