besides saying no to the owners to hire a DOF, I feel he hasn't been securing our current players to long term deals. For example, he has yet to speak to Agger despite saying it's his priority. Saying things like Carroll and Aquilani have futures but looking for buyers instead.
I don't know how to feel anymore, I love this club a lot for the last 22 years or so, and it just doesn't feel the same anymore.
Against Gomel when the players did not acknowledge the fans, Ged Poynton actually told them "noone forced you to travel here" when fans were upset.
The one thing that kept fans together as well was a special bond. these days fans turn on each other, its like supporting Chelski where that's a trend.
Things have changed, I wish they din have to for LFC.
