Hard to cure once addicted.
Just like if you never own a car then one day you start owning and using car, you can hardly return back to the days when you take public transport.
Sex is even more difficult for a perfectly healthy male to return back to the days when you had no sex.
Even monks and nuns also have such urge, just that they use religion and mental control to "control" the urge. One day, when they cannot control, all hell break loose. They will be more hiong than us.
If you are still not into the addiction, don't jump in.
