I believe in H16, arraangement of WLs is based on seniority since all those new WLs is located at inner lanes. Except for Miki who was relocated at H07(2F)R28.
Was tempted to try this WL H16R02 before but the ex-GL WLs got the better of me.  Hmmm.....

You mean Miki was former H3? I have no idea, brother! I have only seen Miki 1 time in H7 2floor, all these times she kind of busy. So there is a girl who joined another house, yes?
Recalled H3, there used to be a fat WL, her room is on right hand side b4, the now H16R2 GILF WL. She had quit the scene, or she had slim down and return to PT?
That period of time, b4 the PSL was kind of messy, althought we have names and room numbers of WL. Nobody actually look at the hold plan of the houses, it is becoming clearer and, WLs are getting harder to pull a fast 1.
Too bad for PT brothers, who had no access to us, they are confuse and lost btw houses.
