Bro. I think in a way you were fleeced but that cranky ah pek OKT did not do wrong in the technical sense. There are 2 modes $50/1/25 and $80/1/40. Probably due to slow biz or low revenue that day, OKT pushed the latter but kept mum of the former.
In any case the charges are $2/min.
$80 1 shot 40min. Unless you are a slow shooter, the remaining time is usually for KC TCSS or massage.
The other mode is $50 1 shot 25min for warm up or quickies. If you are cursed with a high libido
You can go for $100/2/50, IMO more worthwhile to top up $20 to squeeze off one more shot.
