Bro Jacky, you are right. Once I was waiting outside a WLs' room. The room was locked from the outside and the light was on. This indicate that the WL is around but not in the room.
The OKT auntie saw me and asked who am I waiting for. Immediately she shout so loud for the WL that everybody came out of their room to see what happened. It was quite embarrasing but I appreciate her help. The WL was outside having her lunch.
