Your sms to her is almost correct, except that you don't need "co" here. Just say "em den vietnam chua?"
I think she sms to the wrong person. "beh" should be the name of that person. The translation is,
"Beh? If you have (diseases or something like that) then stay in hospital"
nhap vien should be 入院 in Chinese
