I found Bro Mike2 directions to Major Ratchayothin puzzling but tot I was wrong when I first read it. Waz back a few nights ago so looked out for the MRT station but couldn't see it. But was raining heavily + night time so wat da heck. Today happen to take MRT map for fun and confirmed there is no MRT station at Major Ratchayothin.
1) Phahonyothin MRT station is between Chatuchak & Lad Phrao MRT stations.
2) If you get of at Phahonyothin station you will end up at Major Ladphrao.
Which isn't a bad thing coz Major Ladphrao also have shopping+cinema+eating places. There is Central dept store, cinemas, Union Mall + small a/c shopping mall & the usual roadside stalls.
