Location: 6/10. Condo is in the vicinity of where Ruan Ruan used to be along purple line. The problem is for drivers you have to park at RR condo carpark or nearby HDB carpark then walk 5 mins without shelter to an ulu street. If rain then honggan. If too hot, confirm sweat. Not the most ideal but at least location is super quiet and no security guard.
Looks: 6/10. The pics are 100% accurate, literally that's what she looks like. Not a chiobu but good enough to make you stand. I would say looks early-mid 30s and she's build short and cute.
