And what about her hobbies and personal interests? Eating healthy is important for the body. We must also keep our minds healthy. Reading, or any activity that engages the mind is important. Heck even playing boardgames with the kids is better than sitting down and watching TV all day long. Or maybe consider adopting a pet, it could be she is bored to death with the way things are and needs something different to keep her mentally stimulated.
Wife doesnt drink ( doesnt like it) and occassional goes for yoga.

been advised about the excise stuff but she's always " tired" after work.

I was recommended hormome replacement therapy by some overseas friends but told its illegal in Singapore? anyone know?
