And when she realised I was completely silent during session she did initiate conversation, offer me water etc. She even gave me a snack after cause I haven’t eaten my meal. I threw away the snack later..
However the results are the same, in the end she maintain that I was in the wrong, and wasn't sorry about the name-calling. And because of that I also more or less decided I would drop her right there.

When i started 10 years ago, i had a hard time understand the text instruction because of they are mostly in chinese and not familiar with their ascent (sometimes they called and gave verbal instructions). Ended up late for the sessions. But luckily so far did not get scolded by MLs.
Smart MLs will give text instructions in both chinese and english instructions. That helps a lot as the younger local customer usually not well verse in Chinese.
