Seem like there is a deal between the thai and chinese govt on the clean up of the Chinese fugitive in Thailand hence that's why all the kopi money is useless now. even the kingpin is not spared.
so guys please dont take any special medication during this period.
And do take note that a stretch of Ratchadaphisek Road will be closed for public use for five days from November 14-18. And i have a feeling that Top one wont be opening anytime soon until after the summit is over.

This heads up might create a misunderstanding.
When people hear Ratchadaphisek, they probably think of the stretch through Huai Khwang. Not many know that there's another stretch from Khlong Toei to Asoke. This is the stretch that will be affected.
On Sunday, police closed the Asoke Intersection from 10 pm-midnight, causing massive gridlock. The doorman at my hotel insisted it was for the King, but actually it was a security drill. There wasn't one, but many motorcades going up Ratchada from the APEC venue at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center and turning left on Sukhumvit. They were practicing escorting dignitaries to their hotels on Sukhumvit. There are more simulations planned in the lead up to the APEC economic ministers meeting next week.
Pity anyone trying to catch a flight that night.
