However, i do want to give feedbacks on VP for the admin who works on Saturday. Alice, sadly, does not have her medical cert with her. When i asked the admin about her medical cert, the admin gave test result without any names, hence i couldn't verify it (could be any girl's reports). I have always asked for girl's medical cert and compared the name with the passport for safety and peace of mind before the session. Of which, i think VP also has been advocating (even give $50 discount) if the girl does not have. Sadly, the admin response was quite defensive when i asked about why there is no name in the medical report, stating that i don't trust him. Knowing the conversation wont go anywhere, i just let it pass. Hopefully, the other admin sees this as constructive feedbacks for future improvement.
