HI, I have had a similar experience.
However, I think it has to do with how fast each of us are upping to clear 1,000 bros.
Recently i upped Bro Rickey first, then Bro Hurricane and finally Bro Loneyheart.
Bro Hurricane upped me back the next day but Bro Loneyheart and Bro Rickey were not able to up me back.
Then 2 days ago, Bro Loneyheart just cleared 1,000 and was able to up me.
So Bro Rickey probably has not reached his cycle of 1,000 yet.
But we are here for the fun, so no worries.
Up and up back when you can.
