SLG not lazy. Using similar names multiple times is their deliberate doing. Yes it's meant to confuse... Why? Only they know the real reason. But perhaps when we there's hype about a Xiao Xiao, the other namesake might get some biz from spill over effect.
If you notice, almost every name is replicated. That's no coincidence, it's planned.
