You are right about those points. I too advised her to be careful. The problem is that she has just moved in and paid the rent. So money is tight. Secondly she is only going to be here to November if I am not mistaken. So moving out will cause her to incur more costs. She said that if she doesn’t make money this stint, she won’t return. Which I feel is a pity. As given time, I believe she can cater to a select group of bros.
