i can't vouch for your experience. all i can say is she herself kept saying "agent agent" to my face, so....either she does have an agent which means the ad is BS, or she doesn't have an agent and she is lying to me. either way it does not tally with your FR at all.
edit: the more i read your FR, the more suspicious it seems. firstly she's definitely not petite. secondly i just saw that you mentioned her English is good, which is completely different from my experience. hmmmmmmm.....
