I doubt any team would agree to such a sale transaction clause.
But funny you should bring this up, because i think i read somewhere fans of Madrid and Bayern asking the very same question with regard to James Rodriguez's availabilty in the upcoming CL semi final tie, as he is currently on loan to the latter by the former.
Well apparently the answer is that UEFA rules vitiate any such contractual clause, so Rodriguez can play for Bayern against Madrid
