Yes, tats true bro starrynight007...u can only up the points of 1 person per day or every 24 hrs...points r known as "reputation points" while POWER refers to the no of points u can up another bro...
in yr case u hv 81 reputation points & power of 10 as of now which means u can up another bro's points by 10
...if u yrself reach 3000 reputation points u will be given 1 extra power...every 3000 pts gives u an additional 1 POWER
