As request the rate is my 2 cents advice as follow;
1st,2nd,3th floor-Entrance fee range from $40-45 an hour.$50 will be on the high side.
Servicing package;
Hj:Not more than $50,can be lesser depend on your nego.
Bj n Fj: Not more than$100-$120 depend on your nego,service eg CIM,COF and age.
4rd floor-entrance fee $20 about 45mins.
service package:
Hj;not more than $20
Bj n Fj;Range from $$30-$50 depend on your nego,Level 4 mechanic is gilf so is a budget service try to nego as much as they will likely to give you.Some bros even got a better rate as above as they are their regular.
This is only my 2 cents advice,Hope it will help the newbies on the stock market rate.As for bro Clinton he is an old bird man.
