Its just like the monopoly game that macdonald issue last time.
For Eg. a 3 land colour....a lot of the first 2 land, but the last land needed to redeem the price is very very rare.
So if someone has the S card, 99.99999% chance they already have the R and W card, so why would they want to share the prize money with you?
