Bro,u r rite,open pub is the biggest risk rite now.Market is too small and our culture are not like those ang mo who like to soak in pub after work.....Therefore u only make money on weekend.How to mak profit when less than 10 days in a month are taking in money???Set up fee is high too,u need to pay 1+3 up front.....and takeover fee....Hiazz...nowsday business hard to do....only those illegal ones making money.....TN and HC are best choices among all.........if u able to bring in gd gers....sure u huat!!!i am interested in doing the above two,if u got gd business plan,can jio me.
