Reducing refractory period
 

Hi guys,

Just wondering if you have any tips for reducing the refractory period. For as long as I can remember I have never managed to get 2 shots within 90 minutes except for my very first bonk.

Before I give up and change strategies such as trying to get the best single shot with foreplay and pacing (as my name suggests), do you have any tips on achieving multiple shots in a session?
