Usually I get my fix at JB bro. Hong Thai all these get real (old) thai puyings to do it. Thai Odyssey also not bad, slightly pricey, though they have an outlet at city square.

however, if you are interested in Swedish massage, i recommend you to q spa (queensway shopping centre) and look for Karen (old lady). but she is extremely experienced and she knows what she is doing. won't regret. and yes it is a clean joint

I used to have a package (in fact I think I have some balanced credits) in G Spa. they had a few good massage therapists at the Tanglin branch, and I liked the fact that the rooms each had their own rain shower + steam, and the rooms were clean and relaxing. They even had 2 couple rooms with Jacuzzi but they have since closed that only leaving the Kallang Hall one (old badminton hall). The quality of massage there varies very greatly so I have not gone back.

Why did I mention this place? Because their massage is a combo of Chinese tui Na + some bone cracking at the end.

There was even one who did stepping on my back (they have those ceiling mounted railings) and it was cracked well, but I'm so afraid they break my back I never did that again :P

anyone else got good places to recommend?

G Spa doesn't have specifically one type.. they combine a few types.. kneading, Swedish, and end off with a thai cracking of the back or neck...

Any other bros out there got a good experience with others to share?

Bro, try Lucky Thai Massage at Geylang Road. I have tried a few times and it's good. $40/60min.

Thanks Dabao. I indeed tried that, but at the end no cracking leh. Maybe time of the night. I went quite late. Any good therapist to recommend? I understand they also run the foot spa a row of shops before, along the same street.

Can you please advise name of a few therapist you tried which is good?
I've learnt that the massage standard depends a lot on the therapists, unless it is a SOP train like G-Spa which train all massage therapists to do the same action step by step...

haven tried authentic one locally yet, but bangkok spa across the border gives all the cracking u need. :D
