Problem w my urine test
 

Yo bros out there..
recently went for urine test then the doc told me that my urine has alot of blood n protein in it..

Ask the doc the doc say duno..(Duno wat kind of Fuc* type doc is tat)

any bros here has this problem?

and may i know can i still go n bonk around?

Kindly advise wat to do..

I also got protein in my urine. Doctor told me to go back for urine test 1 month later. Maybe she is worried abt kidney problems. Or like u said, u fucked too much n strained ur kidneys.

bro sgbear, protein in urine means that ur kidney got some minor problem which it fail to "filter" the protein in ur body. but don't worry too much if u watch out ur diet now and stay healthy, nice day.

Hmmm try to take cranberry Juice for few days....100% cranberry juice...
can get from NTUC or can try pharmacy
help to cleanse bacterial and toxins...
no harm trying. it''s good
