Even if got such drugs/black magic exist, please don't go try them on girls. This will make you accumulate bad karma, the girls will hate you for life and you will get into trouble with the law.

I have a friend who was in a bar in bugis and her drink was drugged. She woke up in a hotel, having been violated through the night. The room was charged to her credit card. She went to the hospital and reported it to the police, who were not helpful. The rapist was not caught. It took her months to recover. It happened a couple of years ago. She has nightmares about it still.
