Well as usual, most of the popular hotel rooms already fully booked despite of heavy sub-charge, even Lee Garden Plaza was snatched up. The rate will raise when the rooms get lesser. Most hotel have sub-charge from 18-20 Aug. Therefore if bros planning to come during these period, be wary of your hotel room vacancy.

Assume that if you would walk to Lee Garden Plaza Hotel (not the old Lee Garden Hotel), the estimate distance is not more than 500m from Hatyai Palace Hotel, probably take you about 8-10 minute by foot. The normal rate by voucher should cost you 750-760 baht.

Know what you mean like during Xmas/New Year period, have sub charge never mind but always no room if decide to extend. Then have to run around like mad dog to find hotel to stay for another nite. Then go Kiss Lounge nice gals taken, SC Heritage no girls working :( So end up lan lan enjoy good seafood, have fun with waitresses at The Pubb, Deep Wonder and Post Laser :D
