Come on... There isnt any admin person around to reply the smses... knn. her husband is the one who replied those smses. I was told that her husband (an old man) is the one who do the smses. He will always stay inside the curtain cubicle (located in the middle of the living room). for those who had been there, you should know which one.

Now that you mentioned the word "granny", I remembered one funny incident some years ago when Pearl Centre 4th level still had a HC, there was one time I went early in the morning around 11am on a Saturday.

OK, I'll need to post this.

I have a very close relationship with Yf, I will not go into how close I was with her, but let's just say I know a lot about her life and her family.
Even fetched her home a few times, as some other bros also had done before.

The last time I visited her she had complained to me about the last 2 girls that went over, it was a pair of sisters. One with big jugs and the younger one with smaller tits. I think some bros here knows who I am talking about.

Yf told me she doesn't intend to bring them back and also wants them to go back early, that's why after their social visit pass expired, she did not want them to come back.
And I believe this was the cause of the fallout.

What happened was, this 2sisters used to do 大活 back in China. And Yf does not agree to this. She wants to keep it as clean as possible, but these 2 girls thought they can get more money by offering full service, and they were caught by Yf, she told them off and subsequently told them she will not bring them back again... They probably got angry and threatened to report police, probably why when I last met her she wanted to stop all these ASAP. But I guess she wasn't able to stop soon enough.

Also, the only reason she changed business plan to add in specials is because some girls from early batch spoil market and offer specials like taking off clothings and BM, some of the girls don't like to do this and I've encountered this girls that don't like to do this before, got 1 time on rtm, the girl suddenly took off her clothes and I'm like wtf when I flipped over.

She said got customers complain why she don't take off clothes, why she don't this or that, then Yf just told her that the customer complained about this, but she didn't insist on her doing this. So end up in order for the girl to get more customer, she started stripping.

I am not sure where she went now, but most likely raided. Cause she told me she wants to work 1 more year or at least until end of 2015. So she can save enough for her kid's studies.

And I told her if she leaves please tell me first so I can go for last JG before she close shop. Then suddenly the whole blog gone, her phone no answer and replies to SMS.

Others here say she was greedy, who isn't greedy one? Can earn why don't earn, but frankly, she's very very nice, many times she got popular girls, I'll still book her cause I don't think any of her girls are best at JG besides her, but she will do only 30mins for me then ask me if I want to try her more popular girls for the next hour, she will give me discounted rates and only have to pay for her girl.

I beg to differ from what u mentioned. The only part that match is the kid.

I shall not dwell too much into her personal matters except to say that she is well established here and the person that reply all our sms is a guy.

As for the monetary gain,
The fee she charged per person to come over here is about 8K, and they have to pay an additional 2K for a cruise trip to Thailand so that they can re-enter Singapore in a social visit pass. I think she also charge each girl $600 pm for food and lodging.

Each girl work from 9am to 2am at night with a ratio of 7:3. If want to take leave, they pay YF full hrly rate.

Assuming that all customer book at 90 min block with 2 hrs of rest, The income per day is 1.5K of which $1050 goes to YF and 450 goes to the WL.
This multiply by 28 effective full house days; she will earn $29,400 per month;

For the girls to cross the break even line, they need to work for at least 30 days and to make their stay meaningful.. they need to hit the 60 days mark……

Most of the girls were so dead tired when they hit the 30 days mark..so much so that they will appreciate the little rest that u gave them during the 90 mins massage period that you have book.

To be honest, I keep going back there is because I like the private playground…after Sweet Secret close down, this is the only alternate place left……

Thanks for your reply, while i do not know where you get your information from, unless she told you or you've done this before. Otherwise, I can only stick to the stories she tells me and stand by them, since I'm not privy to all the actual figures.

I've enjoyed my time with her and actually kind of misses her jg and massage.

But I'm really kind of pissed that she got raided. Considering how long she has survived here, I think also at least 10 years!

And if there's anyone to blame for this problem, it will be the person who reported to the police about her business, and that will most likely be the 2 sisters.
